About "Emery Noam - Grace of Moses"

In 1989, for their ministry, Torah and Chesed institutes "Emery Noam - Chassidic Moshe" were founded by Rabbi Avraham Yagan zt'l. When he was a blessing, including two exalted Torah proposals, one famous Talmud Torah director sought to strengthen the ranks of his teachers. The senior student is a smart student. And the second, to open including blessings and to head it. As he was in Kadesh when he was at a crossroads, the great Torah minister approached Rabbi Haim Kanievsky, and he pondered his deliberation. Rabbi Chaim instructed him to establish a blessing including his blessing and blessing in Sayyat Dashmia. Immediately imbued with the faith of the sages and despite all the difficulties they faced On his way he was able to set up huge Torah factories of hundreds of members of the Torah who are working in Torah's tent. Four years ago, the High Court of Justice began on the tenth anniversary of Menachem Av. He stood behind him more vigorously and continued to pursue his father, his son Muhammad, Rabbi Yosef Yagan Shalita, who devotes all his energy to maintaining the Torah and institutions in the United States.

"About "Imrei Noam-Chasdei Moshe

In 5749 (1989) the "Imrei Noam – Chasdei Moshe" Torah and Chessed Institutions were founded by Rabbi Avraham Yagen, zatzal.
When Rabbi Avraham Yagen was an illustrious yeshivah student, he received two offers from Torah institutions, one from the head of a famous Talmud Torah, who sought to augment his senior teaching staff with a Torah scholar. The other was to open and head a Kollel.
As was his custom when faced with important decisions, Rabbi Avraham Yagen consulted HaGaon HaGadol Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky, shlita, and explained his dilemma. Rabbi Chaim instructed him to found a Kollel, and gave him his blessing.
With faith in the teachings of Torah sages, Rabbi Avraham Yagen immediately set about the holy task and, despite all the difficulties that stood in his way, he succeeded in founding immense Torah institutions with hundreds of students.
Rabbi Avraham Yagen, zatzal, passed away four years ago on the 11th of Menachem Av, 5775.
His son, Rabbi Yossef Yagen, shlita, was determined to continue in his father’s footsteps, and he invests all his energy in strengthening the Torah and the institutions in Israel.
Today, thank G-d, there are five Kollels in Israel. Two full-day Kollels: one, Mishkan Gavriel, in Jerusalem (in the Kiryat HaYovel neighborhood) and the other, Mishkan Uri, in Bnei Brak (in the Kiryat Herzog neighborhood); as well as Friday Kollels, and a Friday and Shabbat Kollel.

These Kollels glorify the Torah world and inculcate Torah wisdom and the love of the Torah through the direct and proper way of study, both in intensive Talmudic learning and practical halachic study, with emphasis on “Chaburos” (short lessons) given each week by the Kollel students, which elevate the level of study and advance the students, who learn to express themselves properly and in the future will also be able to produce many Torah scholars.

Apart from these immense Torah projects, there is another great Chessed project, which helps needy families with food baskets and financial assistance that helps them with their livelihood and puts a smile on the faces of our dear brethren who need our help.

We pray to G-d that we will continue to be able to increase these Torah and Chessed projects, to exalt the light of the Torah and increase Torah among the people of Israel, with lasting good health and a peaceful soul, and may the benches of our Beis Midrash be multiplied, according to the aspiration of my father, zatzal, and we pray for the coming of the Messiah and the resurrection of the dead, Amen.
